Through her graduate work in positive psychology, Stella discovered that play is a shortcut to achieving engagement, innovation, and positivity. It frees us from fear-based thinking and opens up possibilities and new connection. When faced with overwhelm and uncertainty about her own the future, Stella used play to navigate a personal melt-down. That experience inspired her to expand her business. She now offers a fleet of i SCREAM Trucks that travel to organizations offering employees a playful space to de-stress and renew. In this talk, Stella will use science and story to share the fundamentals about play and how to use it for your organization’s growth.
