Passing on personal experiences, learning from others and having fun, that's what makes me happy. Happiness is what I feel if, at the end of the day, I know that I learned something from another person or vice versa. That's what I find fun in my daily job, managing a consultancy company, but it is also the very reason why I will never give up on providing education on Project Management, to project managers within my company and to students at the Management school of Brussels. Feeling that someone can learn from my successes and even more from my personal failures by gamifying the project management course, that's what drives me, that's fun to me. And as my speech will clearly demonstrate, life and work is all about fun! Fun creates more profit and better quality. And that's just what gamification does for our companies!
