Mark founded and was CEO of Loyalty Lab, which was acquired by TIBCO in December 2010 where was was a VP @ TIBCO until recently. Mark he had his hand in launching over 100 loyalty programs worldwide and got started in multi-channel loyalty while at Kmart where he founded Bluelight.com and was a VP ending in 2002. He currently advises a number of loyalty and CRM organizations including Badgeville, Kiip and Nomi and is an active investor in a number of others.
